Delete Account and Data - Crede Numai
Use this page to learn how to delete a Crede Numai account and related account data.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Crede Numai.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the account/sign-in screen.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Data deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or remove access to:
- the Firebase Authentication account associated with your email address
- services created by that account
- personal account identifiers that are only needed for sign-in
Data that may be kept
Shared songbook content is kept as app content. We may also retain limited records if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
Retention period
In-app account deletion is processed immediately for the active account. Backups and logs, where present, may take up to 90 days to expire from backup systems.
